The crickets have been chirping during the day......the locusts are starting to sing....the grasshoppers are starting to act all wonky......my mums are already starting to bloom......
Fall is coming. Which, in and of itself, is a beautiful thing ....but.....right behind fall comes.......

Laugh in the face of winter, I say; you have friends in FLORIDA! Yahoozers and start packin' and give mama an arrival date so she has enough time to finish the garage into a lovely apartment, complete with remote control operated front door (!), for you. :-)

:-) Just a little more mildew between my toes than normal but, otherwise, the Oh-Cleaver household came through with no damage. Well, except we now can say we live lakeside and the mosquitoes have grown to eagle-sized proportions; parents are being warned to keep their small children in their houses so they aren't picked up and flown away with to the mosquito blood banks.
Hope you all dry out soon and I'm glad that everyone is safe.
